The Charleston Community Center located at 311 Freedom Road (across from the South Franklin County Fairgrounds) is 8000 square feet and includes a large exhibition hall capable of seating 300. The Center also boasts a separate meeting room that seats 30-40, as well as a kitchen. The Center can be used for banquets and receptions, both private and public, and is used as an exhibition hall during the annual South Franklin County Fair. With affordable rental options the Charleston Community Center is a great choice for everything from corporate meetings and trainings to birthday parties and family reunions.

What's included with rental?
The Community Center has approximately 300 chairs, 30 round tables, and 30 rectangle tables available for use by renters.
The kitchen is equipped with a range, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer.
Exhibit Hall has a 10'X8' overhead door.
Free wireless internet available throughout the entire center.
